Rock the Galaxy Promotions is working to become the premeire media and entertainment company in the New York, New Jersey area, with eyes on becoming national. Rock the Galaxy Promotions consists of many different media units within the company, from club and bar promotions, to music management and artist promotions, as well as an epicenter to promote acting and modeling talents. Rock the Galaxy is made up of top notch players in their perspective industires. We are STILL under construction, but are actively seeking to promote new talent. Once the site is completed, you will find us to be open door you need to the entertainment industry. We treat are clients like people, not numbers and statistics. We will always be honest with you and will always give you our collective opinion about your future in the entertainment industry. We will work for you as hard as you work for yourself. About Matty Rock - Mrock has been involved in music for most of his life...from playing instuments (poorly we might add), to being an avid club goer and generally embracing all types of music. Besides club promotions and advertising inside and outside the industry, Matty has always been able to spot talent from miles away, whether in music or modeling, his keen instincts in the field are nothing less than amazing. Matty also works with funding companies to get money for media related projects, from films to clubs, to aspiriing muscians and models. Currently Matty is working on landing a large club management contract, and getting Rock The Galaxy Promotions working at a National level. About Tommy Gunn - Tommy Gunn has been working in the music business for over 20 years. He started working for Bentley Management at the age of 12 as an intern. He worked with accomplished artists such as George Harrison (The Beatles) and Alvin Lee. They made a record together called Detroit Diesel. Also worked with Grand Master Flash and the Furious Five (The Source). In 1993, Tom moved down to Nashville, TN, where he worked for an Indie lable named Courage Records where he worked with The Hager Twins (Hee Haw T.V. show), Charlie Barrett, who had 2 #1 on the indie coutry charts snd 1 #2, and also did some work on the Chubby Checker Hits C.D. He worked side by side with Chubby. In 1994 he started working with Street Flavor Records Nashville as a Record Promoter. Pistol signed a deal with Ruthless Records. Boogie signed a deal with Relativity. Haystak signed a deal with DefJam South. In 1996, Tommy worked with Deathrow / Interscope to promote 2Pac "All Eyez on Me", which went 9 Time Platinum. Also woked on Dogg Pound New York, New York. In 1997 worked with DV8 Records N.Y. to promote (Red Eye) -Ooh La La (KingPin Soundtrack), Can u feel it (3 rd Party), Stand up( Love Tribe). About Ryan Knight - Ryan has been a radio Disc Jockey for almost 10 years and has worked on the air in 4 states spanning 3 time zones. Ryan has run a successful mobile DJ company, Ryan Knight Mobile Entertainment, for the last 3 years and started playing parties when he was 12 years old. Ryan moved to New Jersey after living in Denver and Fort Collins, Colorado. Ryan earned a double major in Speech Communications and History with a minor in English from Colorado State University in 1999(which also happens to be the Alma matter of New York Liberty Becky Hammon, who wouldn’t have given Ryan the time of day in college). Ryan can be heard on the air from 3pm - 7pm on Max 106.3-FM in Northern New Jersey and North Eastern Pennsylvania. He can also be heard from 10am to 3pm in Northern New Jersey on Oldies 1360-AM. Ryan provides professional radio imaging and commercial production to clients all over the country. About Keith Krebs - Keith Krebs is a nationally recognized expert and consumer activist in the area of digital printing/imaging and has been a full-time professional photographer since the early 90's. He runs the world's largest EPSON, Canon, and HP printer support groups, with a total active membership of over 10,000 individuals. His own sports and entertainment imagery has been seen in publications such as "Sports Illustrated," "The Sporting News," and "ESPN Magazine." Keith is currently focusing on movie, fine-art, and fashion imagery, as well as writing on and teaching photography/printing.)
